Important Dates
All documentation must be submitted prior to June 1 to ensure evaluation before the beginning of the fall semester. If your documentation is received after June 1, please be aware that the course add/drop deadline and refund dates will be in effect. If you receive transfer credit for any course(s) in which you are currently registered, it is your responsibility to make the necessary registration amendments through MyOntarioTech. Refer to the Academic Calendar for the tuition refund deadlines.
Next Steps
Once you receive an offer from the university, you will see a preliminary assessment appear in your Applicant Portal.
Submit any requested syllabi using the 'Upload' button next to each course. Please read our syllabus submission guidelines before uploading any syllabi.
An official transfer credit assessment will be conducted once you have accepted your offer. It will be your responsibility to check your applicant portal regularly for updates to your assessment.
Notes
A minimum grade of 60 per cent (C-) is required in each university course to be eligible for transfer credit consideration.
Students transferring to the university's Collaborative Nursing program must have a minimum 70 per cent in university-level NURS course(s) to be eligible for transfer credit.
Students transferring to the university's Medical Laboratory Science program must have a minimum 70 per cent in university-level MLSC course(s) to be eligible for transfer credit.
Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) certificates are not eligible for credit transfer toward the Bachelor of Allied Health Sciences degree.
