Science Syllabus Submission
Submission instructions
- You will have to submit one form for each syllabus, or group of syllabi, requested in your Applicant Portal.
- If you have courses grouped together in your applicant portal, ensure to include both course code and course titles in the form.
For example:
Sending course code: CHEM 101 and CHEM 102
Sending course title: Intro to Chemistry 1 and Intro to Chemistry 2 - All syllabi must be submitted as PDFs.
- Only fill out this form if you have accepted an offer to one of the following programs:
