You must fill out the application for undergraduate readmission/change of program form on MyOntarioTech. You will find the form under the Undergraduate Forms heading, within the Current Students section.
Note: If you have been suspended, you must fulfil your suspension period before applying, and ensure you fulfil the requirements as per section 4.5.10 of the Academic Calendar.

Deadline for applications for winter (January 2025).

Deadline for applications for spring/summer (May 2025).

Note: Applicants interested in Early Application Programs are required to apply by Wednesday, January 29. In order to apply, applicants must email admissions@ontariotechu.ca. Early Application Programs include:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Honours)
Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) - Medical Laboratory Science
Nursing (Post-RPN)
All applicants must provide proof of English language proficiency. This requirement can be satisfied with one of the following criteria:
Your first language is English.
You have completed at least three years of formal, full-time study (no less than three courses per semester) at a secondary or post-secondary institution where the language of instruction and examination is English. Note: The minimum three-year requirement does not include time enrolled in an English as a Second Language program.
You have achieved the required proficiency on one of the English language tests acceptable to the university.
