If you attended the university for at least a full semester of courses:
You must fill out the application for undergraduate readmission/change of program form on MyOntarioTech. Select Undergraduate Students and then My Academics, where under the heading of Enrollment you will click on Change of program and readmission.
Note: If you have been suspended, you must fulfil your suspension period before applying, and ensure you fulfil the requirements as per the Academic Regulations of our Academic Calendar.

Monday, March 30
Deadline for applications for spring/summer (May 2026).
Thursday, July 30
Deadline for applications for fall (Fall 2026).
Note: Applicants interested in Early Application Programs are required to apply by Friday, January 30. In order to apply, applicants must email admissions@ontariotechu.ca. Early Application Programs include:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Honours)
Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) - Medical Laboratory Science
Nursing (Post-RPN)
All applicants must provide proof of English language proficiency. This requirement can be satisfied with one of the following criteria:
Your first language is English.
You have completed at least three years of formal, full-time study (no less than three courses per semester) at a secondary or post-secondary institution where the language of instruction and examination is English. Note: The minimum three-year requirement does not include time enrolled in an English as a Second Language program.
You have achieved the required proficiency on one of the English language tests acceptable to the university.
