Pay your deposit

To reserve your seat in the program, you are required to pay a non-refundable tuition deposit to Ontario Tech University. Additionally, paying the tuition deposit will allow you to register for courses once course enrolment begins.

Before paying the deposit, you must have accepted your offer of admission through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) or your Applicant Portal at least 2 to 3 working days prior. Payment is accepted online using MasterCard or Visa. You will need your Ontario Tech Student number.

This payment is separate from the residence deposit. For residence payment information, please visit the Residence website.

The only instance where the tuition deposit is refundable is after a study permit application is denied.
Applicants who receive a study permit denial from IRCC may request a deposit refund by emailing Admissions directly and attaching the IRCC refusal letter. The request must be made within six weeks of the date on the refusal letter. Late requests will not be accepted.
