How do I access my Ontario Tech Applicant Portal?
There are two ways to access your Applicant Portal:
- Log in by visiting ontariotechu.ca/applicantportal.
- Visit the Undergraduate Admissions website and select the Applicant Portal link from the main navigation bar.

What browser should I use?
The Ontario Tech Applicant Portal can be accessed using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.

What credentials should I use to access my Ontario Tech Applicant Portal?
Log in using your Ontario Tech Applicant ID (9 digits: 10XXXXXXX format) provided to you in your application acknowledgement e-mail. The default password is your date of birth (MMDDYY). If you changed your default password, please use the updated password.

How do I view my application status in the Applicant Portal?
Once you've logged in, follow these steps to view your application status:
Step 1: Go to Ontario Tech Admissions.
Step 2: Select Application Status.

If you've followed the above instructions and continue to encounter an authentication error when attempting to access the portal, try clearing your cache or attempt to access the portal via private browsing or Incognito modes.
