English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program
If you have met all of the university’s admission requirements except for the English language proficiency requirement, you can enrol in an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program.
The chart below is a list of approved EAP partners and their program offerings. If you enrol in one of these programs and complete the minimum level required, we will use this towards satisfying the English language proficiency requirement. NOTE: this chart applies to undergraduate studies only, unless specifically stated.

Applicants who complete Rosedale Academy's English Global Gateway ESLE0 course with a 70% minimum will enter Level 5 of the EAP program at the Ontario Tech English Language Centre. Upon successfully completing the EAP program, students will meet the English language proficiency requirements of most undergraduate and graduate programs at the university and will not need to take an English language proficiency test to qualify for admission. |

Additionally, a final exam score of 6.5 or higher with no sub-score below 6.5 in all sections of the final exam is required.
